All Leases

Signing a lease at College Property Management requires the following:

- Drivers License

- Full Amount of Security Deposit

Students

Prior to signing the lease agreement, students must also have the following:

- Signed Parent Guarantee Form

Pay Online

 College Property Management has partnered with Paylease to offer future tenants a way to pay application fees and security deposits!  The service is convenient, easy, and allows for fast processing!  For special-case and new or renewing lease fees, please contact our team before attempting to use the online service.  Traditional payment methods are still accepted. 

 

     Please follow instructions carefully, as some restrictions may apply.

All Leases

Special circumstances require special documentation.  Pets, dates and policy changes may alter your security deposit, move in dates, or required documentation.  

     Always rely on our team to guide you directly.

POLICIES

 Lease Agreement - Please review our lease agreement below.

     Security deposits are generally $600.00 multiplied by the maximum number of occupants per space.

     Utilities - All utilities are paid for by the tenant, unless otherwise stated.

     Floor plans may not be to scale.

     Pets require specific procedures, permission and signed pet agreement, and a non-refundable pet fee will apply.

     All information is believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance requests can be made through your portal.
