   Sydney, part of or team since 2018, is lead accounting manager for both owner and tenant accounts. She has great communication and people skills.  Students seem to easily connect with Sydney, and she has quickly become a fan favorite.

   Courtney joined our team in 2019 and is now our leasing manager.  She has great communication skills and lots of energy to go with her upbeat personality.  Courtney connects with all our clients easily and is happy to answer any of your questions.

       Gary has served as the maintenance supervisor with College Property Management since September of 2009.  Gary’s expertise and drive are crucial to the daily operations of our company. 

       Whether it is a property in need of improvement, or a last minute emergency, Gary is quick to respond to the needs of property owners and renters alike.  Gary adds a lot to our organization and does well keeping up with the fluctuating demands of a college population.

     Since 2004, Kristi has effectively maintained and managed the accounting department.  Not only does Kristi handle the books for College Property Management, but she effectively manages the financials for all of our rentals—that’s nearly 500 to date! 

         Kristi is an asset at CPM because she is dependable, capable, and always creating fun for no reason at all!  She is almost always smiling and our clients love that about her
